Melba Toast Recipe – as if it was needed!

Serves 4
Ingredients
2 slices of bread
Method
Place the slices of bread under the grill and toast for a couple of minutes until lightly golden on both sides.
Remove from the grill and splice the slices with a sharp knife and return to the grill, uncooked side up.
Watch carefully and remove when golden.
Serve with the pate of your choice.
