Tokaji

Tokaji or Tokay is the name of wines from the Tokaji region in Hungary or parts of Slovakia. They are usually sweet, the most famous style being Aszu which are topaz in colour due to the wines being made through botryisation or using ‘noble rot’. Their sweetness is measured in Puttonyos. Ranging from 3 to 6.
